By using CINEMA SLIDE ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
CINEMA SLIDE is a free, browser-based tool that converts photo collections into MP4 slideshow videos. All processing occurs locally in your browser. The Application is provided free of charge.
You are solely responsible for all photos, music, and text you use with the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:
CINEMA SLIDE does not monitor, review, or store your content. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement or unauthorized use of third-party content by users.
All videos exported using the free version of CINEMA SLIDE include a brief branded watermark card at the end of the video. This watermark may not be removed, obscured, or altered without authorization.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

The Application requires a modern web browser with WebCodecs API support (Safari 17+, Chrome 94+, or compatible). Older browsers may not function correctly. We are not responsible for issues arising from unsupported browsers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
CINEMA SLIDE is released under the MIT License. The source code is available on GitHub. Use of the source code is subject to the terms of the MIT License.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the Application shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
